Wish we had more friends the children wailed,
I need more toys to keep me happy the boy demanded
More quiet dad bellowed from his den,
This kitchen needs more space, mom retorted,
Oh, but if only my business were more lucrative dad replied.At school,
the teacher admonishes "read more to pass more"
,We disobey or obey, only to find out there is more to life,
We grow older and acquire experiences regardless,
Meanwhile, minute by minute, hour by hour, we let time slip by,Meanwhile, minute by minute, hour by hour, we let time slip by
,More cuts, more bruises, more disappointments,
More hearts broken, more hopes dashed, more tears fall.
We look back in our minds, through feeeble and fatigued eyes,
Then we pray for more time, to amend wrongs.
